Duties Tax prep.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct thorough financial report interpretation and writing to ensure clarity and accuracy for stakeholders.
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports as required by governing bodies.
Utilize accounting software such as Quicken for efficient financial management.
Engage in accrual accounting practices to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with clients to provide insights on financial performance and strategic planning.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.
Tax preparation.
Proven experience in public accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices.
Excellent skills in financial statement preparation and analysis.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
Proficient in using accounting software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
