Summary:
The Computer Support Technician is responsible for providing hardware and software support for desktop, laptop, tablet, and peripherals used in the office.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Install, maintain, and configure desktops
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Assist end users with issues
- Maintain spare computers/monitors for quick replacement
Ideal applicants will have support-level technical knowledge of PC hardware/software, and good communication skills.
