Customer Relationship Specialist - Virtual Onboarding & Training (Medical Device Sales)- In office position Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for new medical offices signing up to purchase Intrauterine Devices (IUDs) from our company.
You will manage the onboarding and training process virtually, ensuring that new clients (doctors, practice managers, and clinical staff) are fully equipped to efficiently order, manage, and implement our IUD solutions in their practices.
This role is pivotal in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their success from day one.
Key
Responsibilities:
? Client Onboarding:
? Serve as the first point of contact for newly signed medical offices.
? Schedule and conduct virtual onboarding sessions tailored to the needs of each medical office.
? Guide clients through account setup, explaining the ordering process, billing, inventory management, and any platform-specific tools.
? Training and Support:
? Provide virtual training on the use of the product ordering system, ensuring clients understand how to efficiently order IUDs.
? Educate medical staff on product details, delivery timelines, and best practices for managing product inventory.
? Offer technical support related to the ordering system, responding to queries and troubleshooting any onboarding issues.
? Relationship Management:
? Act as a trusted advisor for clients, building strong relationships through regular check-ins.
? Ensure that clients are comfortable with the product and fully understand the advantages of our fast, efficient IUD supply method.
? Address concerns and proactively follow up with clients post-training to ensure a smooth experience.
? Client Success Monitoring:
? Track and monitor client satisfaction and engagement during the onboarding and initial ordering phases.
? Solicit feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the client onboarding and training process.
? Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve any client issues that arise during the early stages of engagement.
? Continuous Learning and Development:
? Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the area of IUDs and medical device distribution.
? Participate in training to stay informed about new product features or updates.
Qualifications:

Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
? Skills:
Required ? Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
? Proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.

? Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
