Essential Job Functions Operate one or multiple pieces of equipment Ability to check, inspect and verify quality of products produced Make quick corrections to settings to ensure optimum machine operation Ability to learn and work in digital (computer) programs related to the equipment Read/verify work orders and production instructions Load, position, and adjust raw materials as part of equipment loading and unloading processes Follow standard operating procedures Qualifications Willingness and ability to learn equipment operating procedures High attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and good work ethic High School Diploma or GED Must be able to stand, walk or bend throughout entire shift.
Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Work Conditions Must be able to work extended hours with little advance notice to meet project deadlines.
Must be capable of completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Manufacturing environment:
may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, dust or dirt.
