(DCL) is a premier custom manufacturer of specialty signage, custom interiors, unique lighting solutions, themed environments, tech-integrated installations, and elaborate sculptural elements with offices in Greater Boston, New York, and Orlando.
Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated Graphics Lead to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do! At DCL, we value positive attitudes, quick thinking, and professionalism.
In your role as Graphics Lead, you will be responsible for the layout of graphic images for the production of custom signage.
Additionally, you will operate the vinyl plotter and produce films for various processes, assist in manual vinyl installation, and ensure all graphics meet our high standards of precision and aesthetic appeal.
While not a Graphic Design nor Web Design role, this position utilizes a variety of Graphics software and involves adjusting kerning and leading for optimal placement of graphics and generating proofs for review by Project Managers and clients.
If the following describes you, we want to hear from you! Skilled in Graphic Software:
Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software is essential.
Technical and Practical Knowledge:
Knowledge of vinyl application, sign production, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
Experience in understanding and interpreting sections and elevations is crucial.
Attention to Detail and Organization:
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong Communication Skills:
Superb communication skills; ability to effectively convey information both written and verbal.
Team Collaboration and Flexibility:
Flexible team player who can seamlessly collaborate with various departments.
Sense of Humor and Communication Skills:
Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
