By using a personalized approach to brand recognition, our Verizon Client Support Representative can connect brands directly with consumers through sales, field advertising, promotions, and lead generation within local markets around Maryland! Our Verizon Client Support Representatives are part of a growing corporate Sales team and report directly to the Senior Sales Manager.
From brand awareness, and targeted marketing campaigns, to promotions, we are looking to elevate our overall image and are in need of a committed Verizon Client Support Representative who can launch us forward.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Client Support Representative:
Assist customers one-on-one and provide product and service recommendations that best suit their lifestyle Support in developing and executing direct client presentations Assist in the development and execution of proposals, as needed to increase sales for our clients Collaborate with Verizon Client Support Representative members on ways to improve sales margins and increase client retainment Maintain pleasant communication with clients/vendors by presenting one's self in a curious, friendly, and professional manner Handle all orders from start to finish to ensure the entire consumer experience is pleasant and cohesive Create a customer feedback system to build positive rapport from the customer base, manage areas of improvement, and ensure every consumer feels heard Demonstrate and provide our customers with accurate product knowledge and information, making sense of trust through the interactions Manage client sales objectives and team resources for all assigned accounts Requirements of the Verizon Client Support Representative:
0-2 years of prior promotions, sales, or client service experience Competent, self-motivated, self-sufficient, and confident Able to think creatively and take initiative Able to manage your work and time Able to work accurately to schedules and deadlines Able to absorb, distill, and convey information quickly A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred Job Type:
