Under the direction of the Vice President, Patient Care Services, plans, organizes, coordinates, supervises, directs, and evaluates the delivery of all nursing care to patients in a nursing service area.
Ensures quality patient care according to the departmental philosophy, policies, procedures, and standards and fulfills the hospital's mission.
We are seeking a nurse leader for our 23-bed medical unit.

The nursing model of patient-centered care is the organizational standard.
Education and
Experience:
BS in nursing required.
MS in nursing or a related field preferred.
Must have a current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
Three to five years of clinical nursing experience is required.
Demonstrates clinical competence and evidence of leadership and management skills.
