The Night Auditor is the overnight front desk agent and will work 11pm-7am.
Daily tasks include:
Check guests in/out Following up with guest needs.
Assigning guests to rooms.
Determine upgrades for qualifying guests.
Communicating guest needs to maintenance staff.
Keep mini market store stocked with food and alcohol.
Keeping lobby and breakfast tidy and welcoming to guests.
Help prepare/manage breakfast with Breakfast Host.
Moving the business day forward in the PMS Other responsibilities as assigned Job Type:
Full Time, Part Time, Part Time-Full Time ONQ PMS experience is a major plus and may determine a higher starting pay.
