As a BDC Team Member you will be responsible for monitoring all internet leads, phone calls and following up on unsold opportunities.
This position is also responsible for working alongside the Sales Managers in order to maximize advertising expense.
You must be a customer service-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage incoming customer leads within the Dealership Database.
Job Duties Include:
Monitor and Contact Internet Leads from our Dealer Website, Manufacturer and Third Party Sites.
Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Learning, Understanding and Adhering to Call and Email Scripts.
Setting and Confirming Appointments, while following up with every Shown or Missed Appointment.
Meeting with the General Manager and Sales Managers regarding Objectives, Planned Activities, Reviews and Analysis of Dealership and Department.
Generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring overall complete satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text, email or in person).
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business Ensure that the Office Maintains Daily Call and Appointment Quota.
A Clear Understanding and Focus on Training and Development with the BDC Reps and Sales Team, while assisting in creating a culture centered around Appointment Setting.
Ideal candidate needs to demonstrate great communication skills as well as the ability to advance the sales process with our guests, while working closely with the Matthews Kia Sales Team.
