Responsibilities:
Conduct a variety of assessments and FBAs Develop, manage, and oversee treatment plans Monitor progress on goals and make modifications as needed Provide supervision, on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavioral Therapists Coordinate with school, doctors, and other providers for collaborative treatment BCBA Requirements:
