We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team to suppport our e commerce and other key customers in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
This is an excellent opportuntiy to join a fast growing aerospace distributor and manufacturer with lots of upward mobility potential.
Duties:
- Manage all e commerce sales orders, including:
? Order processing ? Customer service ? Auditing of e commerce pricing and inventory ? Help enhance e commerce items for sale o Assist Director of sales with key customers ? Enter all sales orders ? Answer customer expedite emails/calls ? Coordinate planning of all orders with buyers and production team to ensure on time delivery ? Help assist with other miscellaneous projects related to supporting customers and e commerce efforts Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with customers - Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing planning capacity - Highly proficient with Microsoft products:
