Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Provide guidance on the use of financial software and tools to enhance customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services trends, products, and regulations to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements Previous experience in customer service or sales within the financial services industry is preferred, but not required.
Strong skills in customer relationship management are highly desirable.
Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Familiarity with financial software applications is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
