This means a better customer experience, more traffic, and a dramatic increase in inventory allocation, which all lead to higher earning potential for our team! PAY Commission on every unit you sell with a minimum of $250 per unit Monthly bonus opportunities Option to sell finance products for additional commission GENERAL EXPECTATIONS Sell a minimum of 10 units per month Work 5 days per week (up to 6 days the last week of the month) Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and smart phones Maintain a positive attitude Meet OEM and dealership performance requirements SCHEDULE Rotation of 9am-5pm and 9am-7pm every other day (excluding off-day) 9am-5pm on Saturday 1 day off during the week and always off on Sunday BENEFITS Some of our benefits include:
