This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
A background in real estate or property management is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Manage inquiries via phone and email, providing timely responses to potential renters.
Assist in the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks.
Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including tenant information and lease agreements.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Stay informed about local housing regulations, including Handle conflicts or disputes that may arise between tenants and management in a professional manner.
Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and tenants.
Ability to negotiate lease agreements while adhering to legal standards related to property leasing.
Familiarity with property maintenance processes is a plus.
Knowledge of legal administrative practices related to real estate is beneficial but not required.
Conflict management skills to resolve issues amicably and maintain positive tenant relationships.
