The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and related construction skills.
This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively on various construction projects.
The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality and durability of our builds.
Duties Prepare and set up forms for concrete pouring.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
Finish surfaces using hand tools and heavy equipment to achieve desired texture and appearance.
Perform metal stud framing as needed for structural integrity.
Restore and repair existing concrete surfaces as required.
Apply plaster and drywall techniques to enhance finished areas.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during construction tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements Must have 3 or more years experience Must pass a background and drug screening References will be checked Applicants may require an on site working interview to test skills.
