Automotive manufacturing/warehousing experience REQUIRED!
GENERAL
Summary:
- Provides support, communication, and resolution from the production facility to the LOC building. To ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve all customer shortages, damages, or mis picks in a timely manner.
- Coordinate Shipping, shortages with appropriate personnel to replenish.
- Assist in the resolution and implementation of engineering changes, ensuring the issuance of necessary documentation.
- Report details on all customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with Customer material flow, and assist in the disposition of excess, foreign, and obsolete material.
- Assist in the annual physical inventory of affiliate material.
- Monitor and answer emails from plant personnel.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Works on site at customers facility
KNOWLEDEGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to pay attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills working with teams and customers.
- Computer literate in a PC environment as well as customer EDI communication
- Parts follow-up and warehouse distribution procedures
- Skill in operating various office equipment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
