Responsibilities - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals while ensuring resident safety.
- Provide direct resident care, including assistance with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs.
- Support residents with dementia care, employing appropriate techniques to enhance their comfort and well-being.
- Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation and communication of resident information.
Requirements - Must be Med Tech certified in MD.
- Able to work every other weekend - Knowledge of dementia care practices and experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
