Detailed Responsibilities Client Communications Coordinate communications for your dedicated accounts, handling email, EDI feeds, and calls to provide your clients excellent customer service.
Client Advocacy Advocate for your client's best interests with our warehouse department, communicating their orders and special requests and representing them to the rest of our team Order Administration Ensure that EDI feeds and data entry for inventory transactions are done accurately and in a timely manner Reporting Generate and distribute client reports Detailed Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or a related field Superior accuracy with data entry and client communications Ability to understand client business concerns and advocate for their needs Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Problem Solving/Analytical Skills Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities Performance Expectations Provide consistent accuracy and work quality Provide an outstanding client experience Assist team members with other duties as needed Growth and Development Opportunities Grow into ownership of dedicated clients and provide a superior client experience.
