Contract Administration - Project Manager I Position

Responsibilities:
Project Manager I responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Reviews drawings and specifications and is intimately familiar and knowledgeable about the project scope of work on which you are working.
Performs quality control inspections and tests during construction projects.
Inspects materials, parts, and products at different stages of construction.
Records observations and may make recommendations.
May work on multiple projects at one time.
Assists in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Assists in reviewing and interpreting project plans, setting project goals/deadlines and evaluating performance.
Attend project progress meetings to relay project progress and document client and contractor feedback.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or degree in Construction Management from an accredited university is preferred, but not required.
OSHA 30 certification is preferred, but not required.
Experience with waterproofing and building envelope components.
Must be able to perform physical activities that include frequent ascending and descending stairs/ramps/ladders/scaffolding, crawling/kneeling/crouching/stooping, driving, reaching overhead and at or below shoulder level, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying (min 50lbs), and repeated walking/standing for an extended period of time.
Must be able to work comfortably from high locations such a ladder, swing stages, scaffolding, roofs, and balconies.
