Job
Responsibilities:
-- Maintains accurate and organized medical records for each student -- schedules caregiver appointments as necessary and makes transportation arrangements for appointments -- keep parents, mentors and phase leaders apprised of student's health -- orders medications and ensures students prescription medications are kept in supply as needed -- distributes medications to students at designated times -- Attend to students and staff on campus with minor injuries and illnesses -- Nursing Assessments and follow-up -- Coordination of discharge plans for medical services MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN License in the State of Utah.
A certain amount of walking and standing are often necessary to carry out job duties.
