Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Personal Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing schedules, handling client interactions, and creating engaging social media content.
If you are a self-starter who can work independently, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable being on camera, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various projects and tasks.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.
Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and via email.
Draft and edit written communications.
Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and manage invoices accurately.
Represent the brand confidently on camera for video content.
Assist with event planning and coordination when needed.
Work weekends as required for special projects or events.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Strong social media skills with a creative eye for content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
Ability to manage client relationships professionally.
Valid driver's license and reliable car for occasional travel.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Availability to work weekends when needed.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant.
A creative mindset with a passion for content creation and branding.
