Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards Partner with the Doctor to communicate and review treatment plan with patients and help answer any questions or concerns they might have regarding the treatment plan Coordinate treatment for production scheduling Help educate patients on their insurance benefits, collections and payment options Help address any barriers a patient might have for completing treatment Insurance verification and treatment presentations Insurance coding, billing and follow up on outstanding claims Manage a smooth daily office workflow Manage daily front desk operations Job Types:
