The primary and initial role will be a part-time basis 20 hours/week at $10/hour and will require great voice, and written communication skills.
To start our primary goal is to ensure that new, and existing clients are being communicated with ongoing and to keep the Real Estate agent informed primarily via our CRM.
A successful candidate that meets these requirements, proves dedication and effectiveness at this task, will be considered for a more senior position as a full-time assistant/digital office manager, assisting our marketing director with various tasks, and taking on more real-estate related duties including coordinating listing appointments, coordinating listings in general (create copy related to the sale of homes, coordinate photography), and coordinate communications during closing.
Our initial goal with this role is to remove virtually all follow up tasks from the main agent's plate as possible (when dealing with new sales), and with the latter role's goals being to assist in everything non-sales related (actual appointments, showings, and contract negotiations) from our agent's plate.
Requirements:
