As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, the principal duties and responsibilities include:
Managing and overseeing the day-to-day content production and ensuring brand consistency Developing a diverse range of creative social media content for the med spa, including before and after photos, and other relevant business operations.
Facilitating the expansion of Skin and Wellness Centre brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
Collaborating with the brand team to create and implement social media strategies on a monthly basis.
Ensuring brand consistency in copy, tone, voice, and terminology.
Supervising all aspects of social media interactions between customers and the company, and ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Posting live social media content Develop actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Monitoring progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
