Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sign Fabricator located in Flint, MI.
As a Sign Fabricator, you will be responsible for constructing and fabricating custom signs.
This includes tasks such as cutting, welding, painting, and assembling sign components.
You will work closely with our design team to bring sign concepts to life and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Qualifications Experience in sign fabrication and construction Proficiency in cutting, welding, painting, and assembling sign components Knowledge of electrical components and wiring for illuminated signs Attention to detail and ability to work with precision Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret sign construction drawings Knowledge of sign industry standards and regulations Physical ability to lift and move heavy sign components Experience operating sign fabrication equipment (e.
g.
, saws, routers, welders) Excellent teamwork and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Requirements:
Maintain a safe and clean work area Follow company safety procedures and policies Maintain detailed records Should be able to operate a forklift Ability to operate hand power tools Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Provide own power tools Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
