Responsibilities:
Cover call-ins by stepping into janitorial roles as needed.
Assign cleaning tasks and duties based on business needs.
Provide training to janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure high levels of cleanliness and service.
Address any immediate cleaning issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff.
Excellent attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to travel within Genesee County.
Must have a good attitude and work well with others.
Work Hours:
Shifts start after 6 PM.
Weekly hours range between 20 to 35 hours.
Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning will be beneficial.
Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing, is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
