Experience closing residential real estate loans is a MUST HAVE SKILL for this job, including experience preparing closing packages and closing disclosures.
Excellent communication skills are required for this position as you would be in constant contact by email and phone with clients and agents.
Positive personality is also required as you will need to be helpful and patient with clients while under stressful situations.
This is NOT an entry-level or trainable position.
Recent experience (one-year minimum) with closings is REQUIRED.
