We are seeking extremely self-driven sales/account representatives for the Southern CA area.
The primary role is to generate and manage sales opportunities related to wireless/RF communications equipment and related services.
Ideal candidate should have 1 - 2 years in outside sales with experience prospecting and driving qualified leads through the sales process.
This position requires excellent communication and organization skills using the web, telephone, networking and anything else at your disposal to find and close new accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales Requirements include:
Solution oriented Self-motivated Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to listen to prospect and identify fit Experience selling a value add product or service to a market that views it as a commodity.
Must be goal oriented and motivated.
Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance Reliable transportation a MUST Compensation:
