We are searching for an intelligent, hardworking individual, who can multitask to extreme levels, with a strong sense of urgency, is responsible and energetic.
This is NOT a remote position.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years in property management including administrative experience.
Real estate, mortgage, title or property management administration is a plus.
Job Description:
Log in to appropriate accounts in mortgage software for daily mortgage management.
Deposit payments in different banks accounts.
Assist clients with payments, filling out money orders or checks, reviewing accounts and answering related questions.
Review and monitor delinquent accounts Prepare delinquent notices on all accounts follow set procedures Prepare collection reports for weekly meetings.
Notify the Transaction Coordinator about monthly accelerations and evictions (TC will prepare and file with courts) Update the whiteboard with collections notes.
Connect or Disconnect utilities services on properties specified by the team Forward HOA notices, city compliance letters, and or bills to the borrowers.
