- Provide recommendations for local attractions, events, and services based on guests' preferences.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and current events to provide accurate information to guests.
Experience - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
