We provide primarily in-clinic services for children of all ages and levels of skills and needs.
What we offer Salaried position starting at $80,000 with 25 hours/week billable hour requirement Quarterly bonus for billable hours provided over the required amount 3% raise at 90 days of employment 1% Quarterly loyalty raise Flexible schedule No administrative tasks requirement:

hours of CEUs NABA membership and Annual Conference - paid License/Certification renewals - paid Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - starts at time of employment 401K with 4% match - starts at 90 days Life Insurance - paid Short-term disability insurance - paid 2 weeks of PTO 2 weeks of Holiday/Floating Holiday and last week of December off - paid Unlimited Time off - unpaid Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plan, BIP and Parent Training Provide compassionate support and trainings to families Provide compassionate mentorship, training and support to RBTs Actively participate in weekly BCBA and RBT trainings and meetings Qualifications BCBA Certification - required NV LBA License - preferred Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder Job Type:
