A is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist with Personal Injury and Works Compensation Experience.
The ideal applicants would have experience in both areas of law, but not required.
Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).

Responsibilities:
Conduct intake interviews with clients to gather necessary information; Enter new client data into the case management system accurately and efficiently; File and organize new client documents and records; Input or upload legal documents, correspondence, and other materials as needed; Conducting basic research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit; Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm; Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential clients; Onboarding new clients by filling out necessary paperwork and putting together initial case files; Entering new client information into computer systems and firm data base; Performing administrative support tasks as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or legal environment preferred; - Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with case management systems; - Knowledge of legal terminology and processes in personal injury/workers compensation; - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; - Proficient in using document management systems; - Familiarity with litigation processes and legal drafting is a plus; - Experience in project management is a plus; This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the legal field.
