The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be eligible to work in the United States of America Must have a valid driver license with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years High School diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (typing, data entry) Effective verbal communication skills Willingness to work in and outdoors Responsibilities Receive incoming calls - sell rental reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors.
Manage outgoing calls for management, follow-up, miscellaneous calls as assigned Provide high level face to face customer service contact assisting customer with their rental needs, drafting rental agreements, selling of additional protecting products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
Notifying management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
Clean vehicle interior and exterior as needed and required.
Perform various administrative and basic such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key log, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, customer billing, assist back up job-related duties as assigned.
