As a Lab Analyst, you'll work closely with our Lab Director to perform sample preparation and basic testing.
Training will be provided.
Essential Job Duties:
Prepare and analyze samples from cultivators, processors, and dispensaries.
Adhere to quality control and assurance procedures in compliance with ISO regulations.
Maintain a positive and safe work environment, following OSHA safety regulations and best practices for handling biological and chemical hazards.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.
Qualifications:
Background in Chemistry, Environmental Science & Engineering, or other STEM-related fields.
Strong listening and communication skills, self-motivated, with excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented.
Special Requirements:
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of lab and client data.
Valid driver's license.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend, squat, and work with hands.
Ability to see and hear to complete job functions.
Conditions of Employment:
Position contingent upon a favorable background check.
Must maintain a valid driver's license.
