We focus primarily on developing and managing our own venues and concepts from Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, and Large Scale Events.
Our reservationists are professional, approachable, and strive to exceed our guests' expectations.
Job Description Provide administrative support duties to the restaurant, as required, and requested including, but not limited to:
Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner when answering the phone and screening calls.
Display confidence in communicating with callers and show a willingness to problem-solve any issues that may arise.
Handle phone conversations with guests in the most professional manner, even when under duress, to meet guests' needs and satisfaction.
Schedule guest reservations by checking the availability of tables and process guests' requests accordingly.
Ensure reservations booked are clearly detailed with any and all special requests.
Take detailed notes of guest complaints and ensure all complaints are escalated immediately to appropriate staff or departments to resolve.
Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1 Year of minimum experience in office administration or other related fields.
Exceptional phone etiquette Multitasking ability Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of Excel and Word Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
