Main
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for union and non-union employees.
-Use ADP to create new processes and efficiencies in various areas (onboarding, performance management, recruiting).
- Benefits administration including health/dental/vision, FSA, FMLA, Workers Compensation and other benefits.
Assists with open enrollment.
- Assist union workers with questions and needs.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Records management.
-Plan and execute company events.
- Internal communications including company newsletter.
Requirements:
- BA Degree preferred or High School diploma AND 6 years of Human Resources experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience processing payroll.
- Minimum 1 year HR in a union environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience with benefits management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills.
