Answer incoming calls and internet leads and provide quotes, and set appointments Follow script and department processes Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails and text messages.
Make outbound calls each day Contact service customers to set appointments and take incoming service calls to set appointments.
Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone and Text.

Follow up with quotes and answering all inquiries Set VIP appointments for customers to visit Dealership.
Qualifications:
Previous automotive/BDC experience is a plus but not required Sales, Telemarketing or similar position Strong verbal and written communication skills (bi-lingual a plus) Must not be afraid to talk on phone and ask prospects to come in to dealership Excellent computer skills required.
Exceptional customer service skills Professional phone etiquette knowledgeable to call center environment.
Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
