Our Entertainment Centers offer activities like bowling, karaoke, ninja courses, sports simulators, arcades and more along with a full restaurant and bar.
We are a fast-growing company with continued expansion plans and are looking for someone to help lead our special event and corporate sales packages.
This role will be tasked with providing services including but not limited to the following:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the corporate event planning and communication.
This includes but is not limited to corporate events, adult social parties, church group activities and school field trip events.
Responsible for a set quota of sales revenue.
Generating business leads through cold calling and visiting potential businesses in and around the Lafayette area.
Working with local and national visitor centers, sporting leagues, schools and other area businesses for additional business generation opportunities Responding to inbound leads.
Putting together package solutions for customers based upon needs.
Negotiating pricing and offerings.
Finalizing agreements and collecting/coordinating deposits.
Conducting on-site visits and walk-thrus at the park.
Selling birthday party standard package options as needed.
Working with event coordination software to help manage and report on sales numbers and status.
Act as the primary point of contact for all events and corporate planning before and after the event itself.
Communicating all necessary information to the park for event planning and coordination.
Provide a Banquet Event Order (BEO) for all events in an agreed to time frame prior to the event to be shared and reviewed with the other Company Managers.
Coordinate with the other managers all upcoming events to ensure that the park will be adequately staffed, stocked with inventory for the event itself and the days after, cleaned and decorated (as agreed), and ready when the event begins.
