Provides support on a wide range of applications.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of advanced principles or systems analysis and design Assist both internal and external customers on open issues, follow to completion Work helpdesk tickets effectively and timely till completion Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc.
Effectively meeting deadlines, properly utilizing resources, following processes Responsible for basic phone support, adding new users, troubleshooting issues with vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned Qualification Requirements:
Education / Licensing:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills:
Ability to correctly install and maintain computer hardware and software Ability to support/troubleshoot remote users over the phone Ability to detect, analyze and resolve computer software and network problems Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other technical staff, vendors, and users Ability to follow verbal and/ or written instructions Ability to identify and monitor potential operational malfunctions Ability to solve hardware and software problems in logical manner Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing, and operations Knowledge of networking concepts and fundamentals Knowledge of advanced principles of systems analysis and design Knowledge of telecommunications fundamentals In the spirit of pay transparency we are excited to share the base salary for the position exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
This position is also eligible for an annual performance raise if all guidelines are met.
Your salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and or experience.
In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equality and consider the internal equality of our current team members as a final part of any offer.
Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is full base salary range for the role.
Hiring at maximum of the range would not be typical to allow future and continued salary growth.
