65 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago JOB SUMMARY The Quality Auditor is responsible for performing and accessing bottle decoration quality by performing audits to identify potential process, decoration and operational inefficiencies.
Specific responsibilities of this role will include performing specific testing and audits of the decoration while in process as well as a final audit of the overall package.
The QA will work with the QA Manager, QA Supervisor and Production to address discrepancies found on the production lines to improve quality and the overall process.
Documentation of testing is done on a daily basis.
The candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral are required to effectively communicate audit observations.
The candidate will be expected to exhibit the ability to translate and effectively communicate operational trend issues to their department leaders and operational team members in a timely manner.
The Quality Auditor must be able to balance multiple projects and effectively manage their time to meet deadlines and commitments to our department.
The position requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as careful attention to detail and commitment to a high quality of work RESPONSIBILITIES Perform decoration testing and audits using SRI's testing control plan.
Complete testing documentation daily Communicate results to management as needed/required Work with other QA team members to ensure that set procedures are communicated to all SRI positions and continuously audit for non-conformance, consistency across all personnel and effectiveness.
Recommend modification as necessary and communicate/review again through training/re-training, explanation of the process and why to personnel for their understanding.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
