The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products.
Duties Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Perform quality audits to assess adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 13485 standards.
Utilize precision measuring instruments and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken to address quality issues.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality control measures.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
Assist in training staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Skills Strong understanding of CGMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
Proficiency in quality control processes and methodologies.
Experience conducting quality audits and inspections.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Ability to fabricate components as needed for testing or inspection purposes.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
