Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Experience Previous experience in an HR role or related field is preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data collection methods is essential.
Knowledge of employment labor laws and benefits administration practices is a plus.
Proficiency in using software tools such as Paylocity and Taleo will be advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
