6K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Winter Rec Attendants are responsible for maintaining recreation and snowplay sites, clearing snow and cleaning facilities, as well as operating fee stations and providing customer service.
Responsibilities:
Clears snow and ice from walkways using shovels, ice chippers and snowblowers.
Cleans recreation areas by picking up trash and clearing debris from grills and fire pits.
Cleans and resupplies restrooms and other recreation facilities as needed.
Collects payments from guests using recreation sites; Ensures proper amounts are paid and proper change is given.
Informs guests of operation hours and site rules; Responsible for maintaining knowledge to answer a variety of guest questions.
Checks and Monitors heater operation and propane levels; issues will be reported to the Manager.
Helps to set up snow fencing and other barricades to block off areas and ensure public safety.
May be tasked to assist with traffic control within sites and guide guests through parking areas.
Must be at least 21years of age.
Must know how to operate basic machinery.
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Must have excellent guest service skills.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays and required.
