We manage POS inventory, brand ambassadors, and flawless event execution.
This role directly supports event execution by setting up and tearing down event assets, managing event assets and inventory, and coordinating logistics.

This hands-on position involves close collaboration with the Events Manager by following proper instructions and guidance to bring events to life, from initial setup to final teardown.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and a willingness to work evenings and weekends are essential.
DUTIES:
Event Setup & Teardown:
Assist the Events Manager in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment, signage, and d cor.
Ensure all event materials and supplies are properly transported, organized, and stored.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and pickups.
Prepare and allocate any event assets prior to event execution.
Event Asset Management:
Ensure proper care and maintenance of all event assets, including signage, tents, bars, furniture, d cor, and vehicles.
Clean and prepare assets for storage after each event.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update records in the inventory management system.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning assets to the Events Manager.
On-Site Support:
Provide on-site support during events as needed and instructed by the Events Manager.
Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while interacting with clients, guests, and vendors.
Logistics & Coordination:
Assist with event logistics, including site evaluations, point of contact communication, vendor coordination, and outsourced contractors.
Track inventory of event supplies and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces before, during, and after events.
Administrative Support:
Assist the Events Manager with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing event materials.
Maintain accurate records of event expenses and feedback.
Attend planning meetings and sessions to fully understand scope of event projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in event setup, warehousing, event production, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must provided DMV Report Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Ability to work in various event environments, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Weekend, evenings, and holidays open availability candidates will be given priority.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Must be able to maintain professional appearance at all times.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Responsive to communication as required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically capable of lifting and moving event equipment and supplies.
Creative and resourceful problem-solver Proficient and knowledgeable in web based applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Chat, Meet, CRM, WMS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Mac desktop, Google Chromebook, Expense Management and web based tools.
Must have a smartphone (Android, Apple) equipped with data capabilities.
