This role is a perfect blend of 75% personal assistant and 25% office runner/admin support.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage both professional and personal appointments for the Founder, with a keen focus on calendar management.
Handle courier tasks, including picking up/dropping off legal documents, supplies, office lunches, and dry cleaning.
Assist with personal projects like coordinating childcare schedules and overseeing home maintenance.
Support various departments with administrative tasks, event planning, and organizing shared spaces.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, executives, and faculty.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Previous experience in administrative and personal assistant roles preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
