What You'll Do:
Build relationships with local organizations to create a referral network Support and guide residents in their recovery journey Lead your home and community with purpose and structure Oversee financials, impact goals, and compliance to ensure long-term success Who You Are:
You have a passion for helping people in recovery You're adaptable, motivated, and ready to invest in your own growth You thrive in leadership roles and can build strong relationships You have solid communication and organizational skills Compensation:
Part-time Operators earn an average of $35,000 per year, while full-time Operators running multiple homes can earn up to $100,000 annually--based on the success of your home.
