Special Ops Marketing All American division of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Seeking a dedicated, highly committed and hard-working Marketing Specialist to support our All American brand of products.
This is an exceptionally rare yet strategic entry-level marketing opportunity that has opened up due to internal promotions and growth.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to develop and execute commercial marketing programs that drive explosive growth for an exciting range of new All American products.
At All American, we know an educated team member is an effective team member which is why we invest in an extensive on-boarding Boot Camp that includes hands-on workshops where you will cast, machine and assemble All American products.
This on-boarding process culminates with hands-on application workshops led by industry experts who are part of our influencer network.
In this role, each day will bring a different challenge, such as:
Managing all aspects of our digital marketing program including but not limited to, the new All American eCommerce enabled website, influencer & affiliate programs Work with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets You have earned your Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar and can travel domestically and internationally 25%+.
Relevant functional experience in Product Management, Marketing and/or Sales will help you tremendously but is not required in this role.
Wisconsin Aluminum Foundrys Consumer Products division has been producing the All-American line of Pressure Cookers/Canners, Sterilizers, Can Sealers and Cookware since 1930.
