These standards are high, so this is a big job! We are looking for high energy and high leadership! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE A McDonald's General Manager is responsible for many aspects of running a restaurant, including:
Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, customer service, and crew and manager work.
Planning:
Set goals for the restaurant and create a plan to achieve them.
Staffing:
Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, and manage performance.
Operations:
Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Safety:
Maintain high standards for the safety of guests and employees.
Business decisions:
Make critical decisions about inventory, budget, and food ordering.
Training:
Coach and develop staff to improve their departments.
Some qualifications for the role include:
Experience running high-volume locations Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail Proven track record of coaching and developing staff High school diploma or GED or higher education Excellent communication skills Benefits for the role may include:
