Looking for someone who is dependable, mature & knowledgeable on slicing, over 18 years or older with a MUST have deli slicing experience, Morning hours only 9am to 3:
30pm or early leave if everything is done.
We slice 4 days a week.
Competitive Pay will be commensurate with ability.
(Includes Bi-weekly Tips of $1 - $1.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to learn quickly Is considerate of managers by not calling out or not showing up on time for shifts to slice.
Doesn't participate in drama and comes to work with a positive mental attitude.
Must maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
Must be able to handle the slicer by adhering to safety requirements.
Must have knowledge about slicing deli meats Able and willing to complete in other restaurant functions such as cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by management.
Must maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
Must be reliable.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs Job duties:
Sharpening Slicer blades everyday before slicing Slice all deli meats assigned by manager FIFO meats after slicing Properly clean the whole slicer, slicer table and floors.
Slice onions, green peppers and tomatoes Chop cucumbers and green peppers Cook (caramelized) onions and green peppers Prep Tuna mix and few in house dressings.
Help with catering Clean all equipments and utensils used.
