This position is responsible for case management of litigation files.
A successful candidate must be well organized, able to manage deadlines and work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Draft correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and other litigation related documents Organize and analyze case materials Prepare files for depositions and trial Coordinate litigation scheduling to include depositions, mediation, IME, etc.
Communicate with clients regarding case updates Applicants should possess the following skills:
3 years of personal injury experience required Experience drafting and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests to produce documents, etc.
